KRAM Development has been founded in 2025 by experienced real estate professionals with a goal to create a leading development partner for institutional investors seeking to enter or expand in the Polish real estate market.
Our primary focus is set on the sector of retail parks & convenience shopping. The retail park sector has seen significant growth, particularly in Poland, where retail parks accounted for a substantial portion of new retail space in recent years.

On 14 November 2025 KRAM Holding and KRAM Development signed a JV agreement with the Adventum fund to jointly deliver the SHOPLAND retail park network across Poland. Adventum Group (est. 2009) manages real estate funds in Central and Eastern Europe under AIFMD through management companies in Malta and Budapest; total AuM of EUR 1.8 bn, with a management team that has delivered over EUR 2 bn of investments in the CEE region.

Platform partner for leasing, asset management and development. Active since 1997, it has delivered approx. 1.7 m sqm GLA across 50 projects in 7 Central and Eastern European countries, a portfolio value of approx. EUR 2.5 bn and over 50 international awards.
