What we look for
Plot size
From 15,000 sqm — may consist of several adjoining properties.
Town
Towns from approx. 7,000 inhabitants, anywhere in Poland.
Location
Within town limits — up to approx. 1 km from the centre, or along a main through road with good visibility.
Zoning
Retail/service use in the local zoning plan, or a viable planning-permit path. A 2,000 sqm sales-area cap is not an obstacle.
Utilities
Utilities within reach — water, sewage and electricity.
How we buy
We are happy to review brownfield and former railway sites — including those requiring legal clean-up or demolition works.
We buy on market terms, including through public tenders. We work with municipalities, agents and private owners.
