TriGranit has joined as a shareholder of KRAM Development / SHOPLAND. The strengthened ownership structure brings more than two decades of experience in delivering major retail and entertainment complexes across Central Europe to the SHOPLAND platform.
KRAM Development has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Adventum Fund to jointly develop a network of Shopland retail parks across Poland. The partnership aims to create modern, sustainable retail parks in key regional locations throughout the country. The projects will be carried out under a joint venture structure, combining KRAM Development’s expertise in project development and management with Adventum’s investment experience and financial resources. The first joint projects are already in the preparation phase.
